Troy Micheau

As SAY Plastics’ Tooling and R&D Manager, Troy is responsible for mold and fixture builds, repairs, modifications, set up, sampling, troubleshooting, and related administrative tasks. He also manages all metal fabrication for our continuous improvement and special projects. Troy has 25 years of combined thermoforming experience from his former employers including Sailing Specialties, Inc. and Quaker Plastics. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he studied Aviation Maintenance Administration, and Technical Publications. Troy also earned a certificate in Heavy Gauge Thermoforming from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
