Which thermoplastics are ideal for material handling applications?

Most thermoplastics will work in material handling applications. The workhorse material is High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HMWPE). HMWPE provide the best performance at the lowest possible cost. However, for lower quantity applications the aluminum mold required will not be cost effective. SAY Plastics has a proprietary material solution that will allow for lower cost tooling to be build.

How does SAY Plastics develop Class A Surface protection solutions?

All solutions are developed through 3D modeling based on proven geometry offsets to provide ultimate protection.

Why are thermoformed pallets superior to wood pallets?

Wood Pallets splinter, are heavy, and don't hold up to outdoor environments. Thermoformed plastic pallets can last much longer than wood and can be recycled and repurposed.
