Djan (Dee) joined SAY Plastics as Quality Technician in January of 2021. She has 20+ years of experience in quality leadership in the automotive industry. During which she oversaw the quality of receiving, manufacturing, and assembly operations.
Before her leadership role she had experiences including machine operator, assembler, stock room attendant, field service representative, and production supervisor, which provided a solid background for career progression. As Quality technician at SAY Plastics, responsibilities include inspections of incoming materials and daily production, first article and PPAP submissions, nonconformance and MRB reports, continuous quality improvement, creating work instructions, supporting customer and supplier quality. Acquired attention to detail and the ability to improvise, adapt and overcome from her 6 year tour in the U.S. Marine Corps, of which she is very proud.
